Roofing, Siding & Gutters for Southern Maine
From Portland and the York County coast to Lewiston-Auburn, Pine Tree Roofing & Exteriors repairs and replaces roofs, puts on new siding and gutters, and fixes what the last storm left behind. The inspection is free.
Our Mission
Salt air off the Gulf of Maine, heavy March snow, a nor'easter that blows rain sideways: the outside of your house takes all of it. At Pine Tree, our job is to keep it standing up to that. We take a careful look, tell you in plain words what we found, and build it like it was our own home.

Whether it's one drip by the chimney or a full tear-off, the outside of the building is what we do. Start with whatever sounds like your problem.
Roof Repair
A leak over the kitchen, a few shingles in the yard, flashing that has pulled away from the chimney. We find the cause and fix that, not just the stain.
Roof Replacement
Once a roof is past patching, we strip it down to the deck, fix anything soft underneath and put on a new one built for Maine snow and coastal wind.
Metal Roofing
Standing seam is metal roofing with raised, interlocking ribs and no exposed screws. Snow slides off it, salt air is less of a worry, and it lasts for decades.
Commercial Roofing
Re-roofing and upkeep for condos, apartment buildings, churches and storefronts, including EPDM rubber membrane on flat and low-slope roofs.
Siding
Cracked, faded or loose siding lets weather in behind the wall. We repair damaged sections and install new siding when the old has run its course.
Gutters
Gutters have one job: carry roof water away from your foundation. If yours overflow, sag or drip at the seams, we can repair or replace them.
Storm Damage Repair
A nor'easter or a falling limb rarely picks a good moment. We photograph the damage for your insurer and get the roof sealed up again.
Ice Dam Removal
An ice dam is a ridge of ice at the eave that traps meltwater and pushes it under the shingles. We remove them safely and help you stop them coming back.
Free Inspections
Not sure what you are looking at? We will check the roof or siding at no cost and tell you what needs doing now and what can wait.
