Free Roof and Siding Inspection
Wondering how your roof made it through the winter? We'll come look at no cost and tell you honestly what we see, even if the answer is that you don't need us yet.
What We Check
Three Simple Steps
We Inspect
We go over the roof and siding, photograph what matters, and walk you through it in plain English.
You Decide
If something needs work, you get a written estimate. Take your time, get other quotes, and decide when you're ready.
Catch It While It's Still a Small Fix
A split pipe boot (the rubber collar around a vent pipe) or a lifted piece of flashing is hard to spot from the driveway. After a Maine winter, a free inspection catches it before it shows up on your ceiling.
Inspection FAQ
What exactly is included in the free inspection?
We check the whole roof — shingles or metal panels, flashing, valleys, ridge, gutters and ventilation — and walk the siding looking for cracks, warping and moisture. You get photos of what we found and a written summary to keep.
How long does the inspection take?
It depends on the house. A simple ranch roof doesn't take long; a big cape with dormers, or a roof where we find something worth a closer look, takes more time. Tell us a little about your home when you book and we'll give you a rough idea.
Do I need to be home during the inspection?
No. We can inspect the outside while you're at work. If you can be there, though, it helps: we can point out what we found in person, answer questions on the spot, and check the attic if you'd like.
