About Pine Tree Roofing & Exteriors
A southern Maine roofing, siding and gutter company that tells you what your house actually needs, and what it can do without.
Repair or Replace? You Should Get a Real Answer
You spot a water stain on the ceiling after a spring thaw, and the first question is always the same: can this be fixed, or is it time for a new roof? We think you deserve a straight answer. When a repair will hold, we say so and fix it. When the roof is done, we show you photos of why before you decide anything.
Pine Tree Roofing & Exteriors takes care of the whole outside of the house. That covers roof repair and full replacement, standing-seam metal roofing, siding, gutters, ice dams, storm damage, and commercial roofs. That last one includes EPDM rubber, a single-ply membrane made for flat and low-slope roofs.
We work the towns around three hubs: Portland, Biddeford and Lewiston. That covers Greater Portland, York County and Lewiston-Auburn, across Cumberland, York, Androscoggin and Sagadahoc counties.

What the Work Looks Like
Sample imageTear-off in progressWith the old shingles stripped off, we can see the roof decking (the plywood or boards the roofing sits on) and replace any soft or rotted sections before new underlayment goes down.

What We Stand For
Plain Answers
We tell you what we actually think about your roof, even when that means it has a few good winters left and you should wait.
Work Done Right
Materials go on the way the manufacturer says they should. The underlayment and flashing nobody sees get the same attention as the shingles everybody does.
Maine Neighbors
We work in the towns we live near. You'll see our trucks around for years, so we want every roof we put on to be one we're proud to drive past.
